Cancellation Policy

Perfect Fit Training *Payments and fees policies If a client has a monthly package agreement with, Perfect Fit Training (PFT) payment is due at signing of contract in full. When the client is on a session by session basis payment is due at the time of session for that session in full. *Equipment policy All equipment and material used during any PFT session is property of PFT only. Please do not move, remove, take, replace, or borrow without the consent of PFT. If equipment and/or material is moved, removed, taken, replaced, or borrowed without the consent of Perfect Fit Training, legal action can and will be taken. *Cancellation policy Personal training sessions that are not rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours prior to session will result in forfeiture of that session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session. Early morning sessions need to be cancelled no later than the session prior i.e. the night before. *Refund policy The personal training refund will not be issued for any reason including but not limited to client relocation, illness, and/or unused sessions. *Expiration policy If a client has a monthly package agreement with Perfect Fit Training all personal training sessions for that month must be completed within 31 days from the date of contract signing. Personal training sessions are void after this date. No “Roll Over” sessions. Sessions from a prior month will not continue into the next month. *Late policy Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time unless arrangements have been previously made with the trainer.
